Job description:
- Perform pro-active search according to clients’ requirements.
- Set target list for each assignment, target company and market information.
- Screening candidate, by communicating mostly through telephone, making cold call, to find qualified candidates according to the job requirements
- Database Management.
- Arrange face to face and telephone interviews.
- Provide support to consultants to accomplish target set.

Profile:
- college degree or above.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in a research function .
- have a good knowledge of bank
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin.
- Strong ability of communication and customer service consciousness.
- Excellent organizational, analytical and report writing skill.
- Highly motivated, result driven and able to work independently.
- High vitality and resourceful in nature.
- Interested in HR consulting fields.
